Mittler Bros. has always been proud to partner with Jamey Jordan of Handmade Seat Co. to bring you Metalworking Class. These classes are two full days of personal instruction and metalworking at the Mittler Bros. shop in Wright City, MO, using Mittler Bros. equipment. All equipment and materials required will be provided for usage during class time.

Jamey Jordan's classroom instruction covers the following, spread over two days:

1. Bead Roller 101 (machine features)
2. Die 101 (Differences in dies and when best to use them)
3. Art and Basic Layout (layout and transfer to metal)
4. Rivet Layout
5. Seat Layout and Design 

The class hours are listed as 9am to 5pm both days, however on occasion they have ran longer if students need additional time to complete projects. All skill levels are welcome to attend. The cost for the class is $1,000 per person which includes lunch both days and dinner Saturday night. We will reserve a block of rooms at a local hotel, however the student is responsible for calling the hotel ahead of time to secure the deposit, and the remaining balance due for the room when you arrive. We do provide transportation from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to our facility for anyone flying in to STL during normal business hours only. Space is limited to 10 seats for these classes and they usually sell out quickly. We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to secure your place in the class with the remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to the class starting.
